Für das im März erscheinende Motorradrennspiel „TT Isle of Man“ haben Bigben Interactive und Entwickler Kylotonn einen neuen atmosphärischen Trailer veröffentlicht. Das Spiel ist die offizielle Simulation zum bekannten Renne, das seit 1907 stattfindet. Unter Motorsport-Enthusiasten gilt es als die ultimative Herausforderung, da es nicht nur enorme Ausdauer, sondern auch besondere Fahrtüchtigkeit und Risikobereitschaft erfordert.
Das Spiel bietet eine per Laserscan-Technologie aufgezeichnete Replik der Strecke, die zu den längsten der Welt zählt: Mehr als 200 Kurven werden auf über 60 Kilometern mit nahezu 300 km/h bestritten. Der Titel soll Spielern alles bieten, was auch das echte Rennen ausmacht: Geschwindigkeit, Risiko und das besondere Etwas.
Die Fahrer werden von der Gefahr der Strecke angezogen wie die Seefahrer in alten Legenden von den sagenumwobenen Sirenen. So beschreibt es auch Journalistin und Motorsportfan Nancy Von Short in ihrem Gedicht „The Siren“.
